What we collect and how we use it. We do not sell personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Labelle Digital LLC, which operates GiftCardHawk ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you use this website and our services (the "Services"). The Services are directed to adults in the United States.

We do not collect payment-card numbers or bank credentials on this website. Do not enter a gift card number or PIN in any form. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse and to look up a public network label (ASN). We do not save the IP address itself to our database. We save only the network label and a short software category when we record a page-view event.
We set only the cookies needed to run the site: one that keeps you signed in and holds form
messages, one that protects forms against forgery, and one that groups your searches by browser
session (so we can understand repeated use without login). That session cookie (_gch_anon)
expires after 90 days, is HttpOnly (no JavaScript access), Secure (HTTPS-only in production) and
SameSite=Lax (first-party only). The site loads no third-party scripts, advertising cookies, pixels
or analytics. Usage counts are first-party and are not tied to a profile of you.
Do Not Track. We do not track you across other sites, so the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Third parties cannot collect information about your activity on this site.
We do not send marketing email. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. It goes only to:

Records past these periods are deleted automatically.
Wherever you live, you may ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. Email support@giftcardhawk.com from the address concerned. We confirm the request, act within 45 days and tell you if the law requires us to keep something. We never treat you differently for making a request. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Anonymous session data. If you search or click without giving us an email, we group those actions by a session ID from a cookie. That data contains no email, name or identifying detail, so a deletion request cannot target it. It ages out automatically after 24 months, as set out above.
Those page-view events may include a short category for the browser or crawler software and the network organization of the connection. They still are not tied to your name or email.
California and other states. We are below the size thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. We still honor the requests above for everyone. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define the terms.
Outside the United States. The Services are not offered to people in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Information is processed in the United States.
The Services are for adults aged 18 or over. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, delivered codes are encrypted at rest and staff access is limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we notify you as the law requires. To report a vulnerability, see security.txt.
We post each new version here with a new "last updated" date, which is its effective date. For a material change we also email account holders before it takes effect.
